I am in a new position created in our school district (Literacy/Academic Coach) to assist our After School Education and Safety Program (ASES) in beefing up the "education" portion of the program. We are working toward more closely aligning classroom curriculum with after school activities (elementary & middle school). Has anyone else had the experience of training after school personnel (who are not credentialed teachers) in the Whole Brain Teaching techniques (particularly those dealing with classroom management)? Any helpful tips?

We are starting to work with after school programs here in Southern California ... where are you at?

Chris, I am with the San Jacinto Unified School District. I attended the "training of trainers" you led here last year at our district office (I was a site elementary Literacy Coach at that time) and have attended several of your seminars at Crafton Hills.
