This year was what I think of as our roll out year for WBT. We trained, we coached, and we made using WBT optional. Some have embraced WBT, some are utilizing parts, and a few have refused. At first I thought it should be mandatory, but now I see the benefit of the way our program has started with WBT. There are obvious differences between each category of utilization, and as our staff starts looking at next steps many are excited to continue WBT. The reluctants are starting to ask questions for clarification, and have now begun understanding the relationship between WBT & student engagement.

Geri this is what we are finding out a lot...people need to see it implemented and make sure that it's a legitimate opperation. Once they start seeing some results and getting their questions answered, they will start to buy in. Too bad that they didn't buy in sooner, but at least they are coming around.

It has been a great year of growth for the SAFE program. Our hats are off to you and your colleagues!
