This year was what I think of as our roll out year for WBT. We trained, we coached, and we made using WBT optional. Some have embraced WBT, some are utilizing parts, and a few have refused. At first I thought it should be mandatory, but now I see the benefit of the way our program has started with WBT. There are obvious differences between each category of utilization, and as our staff starts looking at next steps many are excited to continue WBT. The reluctants are starting to ask questions for clarification, and have now begun understanding the relationship between WBT & student engagement.
