I am sure my AZ friends are waiting, as I am, for this excessive heat to lighten up so we can get out and enjoy our beautiful surroundings! (We had 17 days in August above 110, and the rest of the days were above 100).
I was inspired by a Genius ladder post Heather Hansen, one of our rising WBT Interns.
Her "BLAH" sentence was "It is hot.", and they built up from there.
I got thinking about using similes and descriptive language to describe our weather.
I am throwing out a challenge to my WBT AZ friends~
Build a "Genius" sentence/paragraph describing our back to school weather. Share it here, for all of us to enjoy!

Great idea. Can't wait to see the results! Hope you cool off soon! It was in the 90s here Fri. And Sat. Today is a complete washout with temps only in the 60s. I will send you some !
