I am Dean Nguyen. I would to make an announcement that there will be THE FIRST WBT EVER CONFERENCE IN VIETNAM held at 1:30 pm on Monday September 14 2009 on Dai Hoc Tien Giang campus.

I also would like to invite to those of you who are interested in learning WBT to attend. It is free of charge.

I have talked to Chris Biffle. He will sign a CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION for those who attend. It is sent to you from the U.S.
