Hello Power Teachers!

I'm new to WBT and find it very interesting, but I wonder if I can use it in my situation and, if so, how?

I'm what they call an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) here in Japan. I don't have my own class. Instead, I go around from class to class and from one elementary school to another to teach English. As my title suggests, I'm not a "main" teacher and often have to work with the Homeroom Teachers (HRT) whose role is to interpret what I say and discipline the class.

How do you think I can introduce WBT when students don’t speak English and team-teaching/interpreting is required? I’d love to hear your opinions and ideas. Also, feel free to ask me questions if something’s not clear. Thanks!!
