OK friends I am what I still call new (one school year)to WBT and we have used the scoreboard and not gone to the pocket colors yet. They still are excited to see the smiles and like today give me a whaa-whaa-whaaa
for frownies.

Oh I totally think you can do it! Alot of it has to do with teacher preference! For instance...I am kinda laid back for the most part on some stuff. I want a SUPER SMARTIES class vs a ROBOT class! Now...that being said...I am kinda a drill sgt when it comes to being attentive, following rules and learning...BUT...if I can tell they are learning and progressing at the rate I expect and they are not out of control...we kinda flow with the go! LOL! So my practice cards are up but I might give 2-3 a week now..and it's gotta be pretty extreme breaking of the rule!

I totally think you will make it the whole year with only the scoreboard. Isn't it a great feeling to know that you don't have to pull out anything beyond the scoreboard to keep things running along in a fun learning enviroment?

I'm with you Annette! I totally think you can make it with just the Scoreboard. We are in our last 2 weeks of school here in Jackson, and I have hardly had to use my practice cards this year. I made it until January before I even had to introduce them and after a couple of kids pulled a practice card, the others staightened up real quick. I haven't even had to use them in the last couple of weeks when things have gotten really crazy since our state testing finished! You can do it! Keep it up and have fun!
