I'm just starting WBT at one of my schools this week. What do you do if you have a group that is already doing well enough without Whole Brain Teaching to earn a sticker every day? I would like to do the "Class-Yes" to get their attention, but usually they are really good every day, and I give them a sticker. I feel bad if I start the motivation game and only have them earn twice a week, when they probably deserve it every day. (This is a small group which I see for 30 minutes every day.)

Maybe you can change it up... make it a little more difficult. Like instead of class/yes use different attention getters with the same concept. Tell them that when you say one of their vocabulary words they should respond with the definition. This still gives them a chance to practice the skill, and if you have a couple of different vocab words it would vary the difficulty.

I have a class this year that definitely wins more than it loses! What I have done is to up the ante for winning by giving points for 100% participation and beating our personal records for transitions. (This is an area where we still struggle.) Since every instructional minute counts, I use the game to keep things moving in my classroom. I don't give them a penalty if they lose, so it is not punative. They work really hard to win!

You can step up the reward, perhaps to a game of SuperSpeed, or Mind Soccer. They earn a say two minutes of play time a day. If they win every single day they have 10 minutes to play at the end of the week.

You could also reward them with 3 minutes of Mind Soccer play at the end of each day if they are winning, depending on the class. You would need to track where they were the day before, which should not be too hard.

That way you are rewarding small, but consistently and quickly, and they will likely work hard for it.

So it's okay if they win a lot? I had read earlier that I should try to have them win about twice a week, and I win three times a week, so I was thinking I had to somehow make them lose.

Nah, it is okay for them to win a lot as long as the rewards are small. If you over reward you end up with nowhere to go.

We suggest that you keep them hungry for winning at first so they will go for the gold. If your class is already well behaved it is okay for them to win. If they win really consistently up the bar for winning conditions so they will work for it.
