Can I just say... the Writing Game ROCKS! My G/T kids are having a BLAST with the puzzles, and it's really helping with their ability to think about and organize their writing. The best part is that, when they can relate it to the game, they are less frustrated when it's time for them to apply it to writing on paper. Plus, for my higher-level kids...this game is by FAR the most fun, second to Crazy Professor.

If you haven't tried the Writing Game yet...give it a shot. The kids learn it pretty quickly, and they beg me to play it.

I agree Jackie...this has helped the kids think through what they are writing more so now than ever. The more time we spent on the first 8 puzzles the better the writing is now that we have moved on to the actual writing.

Leave it to Biff to come up with a great game to complete the WBT package.

Tell us more!

I remember looking at it over the summer and being excited about it. I haven't found time to try it yet. If I remember correctly, there are two parts: brainstorming and actual writing. How often do you do each one?

Hey, maybe you should record your class playing the writing game so we can all take a look!

Thanks Jackie!
