I posted this message under the fourth grade topics, but wanted to make sure it was visible to all. I am a learning support teacher with 4th grade. A regular education teacher and I are trying to spice things up a bit by doing a collaborative project with The Bridge to Terabithia. If anyone out there has access to a Smartboard and would be interested in doing a whole brain collaboration unit or lesson on the novel, please contact me! We have ideas for vocabulary, journaling, book discussions, and projects. Just imagine what a cool experiment it could be to teach using whole brain teaching with a skype video lesson! I know it is last minute, but we thought it might keep the students interests as we approach those warm spring months! We are hoping to start somewhere around the week of April 11. We can postpone to the next week if that is to soon, but you are very interested. Let me know ASAP and we can work together to come up with a plan.

I can see that we are getting views, but no replies. Let me know what intriged you about the topic to view and why you are not interested in the project. Is it just that you don't have access to a smartboard or is it the time constraints? We may be able to work around it. Let me know.
