Well, my first blog entry begins with "I have drunk the Kool Aid." I loved it from seeing the seminar, but realized it was a drastic change to implement, so I thought blogging would be a good way to reflect and eventually get some feedback (if anyone decides to read it

).
The easiest thing to implement has actually been Teach-OK. It hasn't been the simplest, but I'm amazed at how well it works already. I am still improving it (trying to get them to do more gestures, etc), but it's really one of those Teacher Heaven moments every time I use it. It feels like cheating!
The hardest... let's see... none of the actual components have been hard, but avoiding falling back into old habits like yelling has been a spot where I slip occasionally. Today was great up until lunch, but after lunch I was kind of in a funk and the PT didn't go as smoothly. I'm internalizing it more and more though, and it's getting better.
