TOPIC: Power Pics?

There are certain letters in the power pics that are either red or blue. A colleague asked me today if there was any significance to this and I wasn't sure. Does anyone have an answer to this question? I initially thought it was for aesthetic reasons?

Heather,

I'm pretty sure the words are divided into syllables. Each syllable being represented by a color (either red or blue).
