Some bad news...the February 22nd conference in Poplar Bluff was canceled. We're still on for the 26th in Joplin though. Love to see you there!

Susan Floyd and I presented to our colleagues on the 7th at our PD Day, and had lots of teachers ready to get on board with WBT. I think I have a couple of teachers interested in attending the workshop in Joplin. I e-mailed Nila to get the info., and to see if registration is still open for those teachers and myself. Fingers crossed that we can get some more teachers super excited about WBT!

So excited!!!! I, along with 2 of my colleagues, will be going on a 5 hour roadtrip to Joplin to attend the WBT workshop! I'm ready for my partnering 3rd grade teachers to get on board with WBT, and it will be a great refresher for me as well! Plus, I've been to two workshops with Chris Biffle, so now I get to learn from Chris Rekstad! Oh yeah!

I just wanted to thank Chris Rekstad for an awesome presentation in Joplin this past weekend! My two colleagues and I really enjoyed it and got some great new ideas! It was well worth the road trip. Some clarification on the Guff counter was of great help. Now we just need to get one of the Chris's back to Missouri for the reading, writing, and math portions of WBT! Thanks again!

Thanks for the compliments...it was an amazing time in your great state. We realized that your state is a natural for WBT...it's the "Show Me" state!

We would love to come for Seminars 2 & 3, you'll just need to get the teachers there excited and talking to their administrators. Keep up the great posting.

Chris, Thanks so much for the great refresher in Joplin. It was fantastic! My principal is crazy excited about WBT and wants me to do an all school professional development session. Do I need to get permission from you all to do that?
