Colleagues...It's here! Biff and I are coming back to West Plains for an awesome 2 Day conference in July...the 6th and 7th. Keep your eyes on our website calendar for more details. It'll be a rockin' time just like last year. Let's double our attendance and change the teaching world!

We are having our weekly collaboration meetings at school today. I am sharing with everyone the news about the West Plains conference. I had several 4th grade teachers writing down the information and asking about hotel info etc. Yeah!!!

The reason they were so excited is that a skill that they taught using Power Pix (demonstrated in the PD workshop Staci and I did) was assessed quite heavily on the MAP. They felt very good about their students performance.

There you go, more prove WBT works!!!

Staci and I are registared and it appears that we will be bringing several teachers with us! Most of the teachers that I work with in one small elementary building are planning to come and several that Staci and I work with in a larger elementary building are planning to come along as well! The movement continues!!!

Susan and I are so excited about the workshop in West Plains and we're trying to also work out details to attend the National Conference in Louisiana. I know that two other teachers from West Lane are also planning to attend. We're still trying to get some more teachers on board! I truly feel that WBT has made a huge difference in my classroom this year with behavior and academics! I asked my students about our state test that we just finished up today, and they said they felt they did well. They remembered their gestures and PowerPix during the test and it helped them. I was so ecstatic! Oh Yeah, WBT!!!!!

I just have to share that we have several teachers that will be on their way to West Plains in July for the 2-day workshop! Susan and I have really been talking it up and are thrilled at the great response! We can't wait!
