All Indian schools Can share their views here. We have been using power teaching since 2009 and we really have a good set of teachers who have been successful in using this method. Al though we had changed couple o terms and rules suiting to our needs we are still on the same framework of the WBT. We although have a small problem, we have teachers who are shy and are unwilling to use this methodology in the class. These are very good teachers in terms of subject knowledge. We had given them trainings and multiples workshops conducted by us for our teachers but we had found no result with them. Can any body help us in giving ideas on how to open their minds to adapt to this methodology? All these teachers are more then 10yrs experienced in the field of teaching.

Hi,
This is Sathya and have just started WBT in my class during the past 1 week.
Hope to find similar minded teachers and educators enthusiastic about WBT in India
