Thank you for a great video! I have found with WBT, the more I watch the model videos, the easier it is to implement in my classroom with my students. During the middle of first quarter, I introduced the Genius Ladder to my students, using the format that was presented at the National Conference in Louisiana. My students loved it, but it has taken a back seat to other content areas, as of now. Well, after seeing how the format has evolved since then, I am ready to try again! My students will be building Genius Ladders in no time!
