I've been "dabbling" in WBT for at least 2 years but this year I decided it was time to go full steam ahead. After returning from the NYC conference, I believe even more deeply in WBT and decided to blog about my experiences. Please check it out and let me know your thoughts.

Welcome! I enjoyed reading your first blog post about how you found WBT and meeting Coach B for the first time. I'm positive you learned a TON from the conference.
